Start to ultra - self supportive ultra
After completing my first off-road marathon and cheering on my friend in a few ultras, I wanted to take on the challenge of running a (smaller) ultra myself. I'd had a few injuries in the past, so we sought out good coaching, which led us to Erik. Thanks to Erik's progressive schedule, which varied the intensity and distance, I was able to work towards D-day in a healthy way and with a lot of enjoyment.
The first mission is complete, time for the next! The buildup to this mission is also being supervised by Erik. I'm already looking forward to the new schematics and feedback!
